It brings together up to 500 event planners, predominantly from Europe with whom you will spend a full two days. The program concept is built to assure maximum contact between all participants with common coffee breaks, luncheons, and of course a grand dinner event on Monday night. 

Up to 300 destinations and event suppliers, representing hotels, congress and exhibition centres, other venues, DMC's, transportation companies, AV and tech companies, restaurants etc. will be presenting their services to the event planners, participating as hosted buyers. Participation packages come in different variations, matching ones budget and communication strategy best.

The tour will start at the amazing Old Town Square in front of Astronomical clock, where we will all collect. In two hours we walk over the Old Town Square, through the Jewish Town, the Powder Gate and over the Wenceslas Square. From 16:00 we'll enjoy a wonderful Vltava river cruise where coffee or tea and cake are served. The tour ends at the pier, at the Dvořák embankment.

Bio:

Tereza Hofmanová has been working on various projects in tourism sector for more than 13 years. In 2010 she joined the national tourist board of the Czech Republic – CzechTourism and in 2019 she became the Head of Czech Convention Bureau that unites all the key MICE players in the country and officially represents the Czech Republic on the international market. She actively participates in the Strategic Alliance of the European National Convention Bureaus and several other international associations.

Bio:

Giulia has been active in the Meetings Industry since she was 17. She worked for congresses and events as a hostess during School and University and later graduated with a thesis on the German Meetings Industry Approach to Sustainability. Her passion for the industry brought her to have an experience at a small DMC and Event Management Company in Milan, assisting the team with the organization of VIP weddings, corporate events and leisure travel.
 
After that, she joined AIM Group International, premier company in the organization of congresses, events and communication at a global level. She assisted the Marketing & Sales division first, while learning Corporate Communication skills on the job. Moreover, she is actively involved in a number of international Associations and Organizations such as IAPCO and INCON, and she just joined the Advisory Board of PCMA EMEA as an Ex-Officio Member, after receiving the PCMA 20InTheirTwenties Class 2019 Recognition and being the Winner of the IAPCO Hero Award 2019.
